@20:16 ruined ANY bit of respect I had for Tool. This was the first and last time I ever saw them live. Bitching about people downloading your album, especially back then was just Meynard admitting to being a cheap corporate sell out. Kinda the opposite of the image he tries to put forward. Dude is fake AF.

I don't need to be a snob when it comes to making fun of people of faith. I'm only writing about some of the comments below that have an air of false superiority seasoned with an inflated ego like we know the secrets. I don't know crap; why get bent out of shape of this topic? I 100% feel in my heart and know in my mind that god was invented by humans; mostly as a from of social control. I don't mind/bully people that believe. I am not an atheist nor do I believe in any concept/construct of any god. I am just Larry trying to be a good human. That's hard enough. If people have a faith in some form of a god, good for them. In a way, I am envious, but too rational to embrace that kind of faith. I do think in another 200 years, people will be more enlightened. For now, relax and keep thinking.

Revisiting again. I love this exists. It was a perfect night. I saw Pearl Jam that summer at the Gorge too. Like them or not, PJ put on a damn good live show, but Tool transcended them. The sound was so loud it truly hurt. You could feel the musical waves. You could tell the band appreciated the acoustics of the venue. Tool are built for a place like this. Rad show

Thank you for uploading this. I gifted my book to a neighbour years ago. Since then, I wasn’t able to repurchase one because books where I live have become incredibly costly (about 500 to 800 per book) due to the oppressive regime which the country is “ruled” by. So I hold on to the ones I have tightly. I’ve got books from authors such as Dawkins, Michio Kaku, Lawrence Krauss, Hawking and more. Meanwhile, I see that in comments people still idolise other people. In this case hitch is being idolised. That’s the same mentality as our ancient ancestors’, which is cultish and religious mentality and mindset. It should be a principle in life to never idolise anyone, regardless, as no one is infallible or faultless (perfect). Similar to Hitch, I too have no heroes, as I prefer to keep a skeptical mind as opposed to a closed and dogmatic one.

Poor guy. It's Fanaticism. Not Religon. Christianity is the only holy book to propose the idea, "do we help those that are not us?" Which is in the 'Good Samaritan' story. The other holy books have explicit instructions what to do with non-believers. Taking Chriatianity too serious makes a fanatic that wishes they can compete against other religions in holy battle. The Christian way to say farewell is, "Peace be with you. And always with you." Christians still say that, but, wannabe Christians that vote Republican don't say that at all. Because they're fanatics. And then there's the story of Job, that fanatica are too big of cowards to say that stuffs happening to me, but, don't fall for temptation and vote $1 million to kill fellow Americans as soldiers so we can vote to get $1 million for dead soldiers so we can vote to get $1 million for dead soldiers... The Loop of the Sellouts. Religion is perfect for meak that will get used by Trump. The meak just replaced thier religion for Trumpyooo like it was told in the bible. "The meak shall inheart the earth." Snowflakes vote Trump.

As one who no longer believes in any 'religion.' I believe in the logic of science and reason. Religion? Religion says to believe or ELSE. If Sin, Judgment, Salvation... is spoken on social media. You're 99.99% in a cult, and logic and reason isn't not part of your mental, emotional makeup. God is not great, nor any part you created you're God to be, is anything but great.
