All comments across states and across cities mention just one thing...bad dealership experience. Citroen - i am sure you have heard this before. Do something before the brand gets dissolved in india. As a citroen owner i want the company to sustain and grow.

The car is extremely good. It's about the dealership. They are not bad...they are worse. Shady practices. Lies. Delays. Keeping customers in confusion. You name it and they do the worse practices. Even post purchase surveys are not sent to customers who are most likely to give bad rating. The people above do not get to know this because they only see good surveys and assume all is well. They need to learn from hyundai and kia. I own a citroen and hence I am eligible to say this. Dealership experience was terrible in Pune, Maharashtra. Terrible is even a better word. It was just way worse. And till date I have not got a survey because they know I will give a bad rating.

@motowagon I've personally encountered a issue with Basalt My friend in coimbatore pre-booked basalt in SGA Coimbatore based on your review, as well as we are waiting for the test drive. But he got a very bad feedback about puretech engine from a Citroen technician in chennai (through friend circle) " people dont know the problems we face in service due to the low volume sales" but the cars pathetically fail like timing belt issues, cold start and so on. Then he cancelled booking and gone for a sonet . I Wonder why motowagon don't even utter a word on the Citroen's problems.

I wanted to buy eC3 first but price is high but interior is basic and very low power. Then Basalt comes, loved the car for the comfort but i can never buy petrol hungry car. It either must be hybrid, diesel or proper EV. Finally planning to buy BE 6 as it seems like a perfect package.

By owning fiat car, I feel the pain of not having the brand in india for service and spares. As a lesson, I would prefer to go for brand that can sustain in india for longer time. 😢 And sadly not the car you like.

Already I have commented a lot... Camry is an immortal car becoz in the middle east runs about 10L Kms and they will be exported to African countries and again it restarts from the scratch.... Reliability means Camry or vice versa.....

dhoni 🤣 never bring sales for cars, auto enthu people says citreon is good, but in what way, and what value they offer for that price?, incl honda, toyota, nissan, renault, vw, skoda, they are all still in 1990s, unless they change their perspective, nothing can be done. and anyway that helps indian brands like tata & mahindra to grow. Gen Z doesn't want anybodys legacy or story, etc., Kia + Hyundai, Suzuki + it is toyota franchises [ recently ], tata & mahindra bringing up the mass market to the next level.

Very simple. Didnt had timely update on arrival of new model for test drive. Limited test drive vehicle and veey limited showroom that too in chennai. Poor service quality which was visible on the aircross test drive vehcile brought to my home. Vibration on 1st gear that too after just 25k kilometers run test drive vehicle.

@@m.satishkumar1682 Go and see the price list they have in their showroom... Keeping base model price low is just a trick to improve showroom enquiry... After seeing the price list, people obviously will think "instead let's buy the XYZ brand itself" eg: Honda city office ZX (top model) at close to 17 lakh, why not city?

I raised request for TD twice. Got call back almost after a week. By then i had already finalized another brand car. Still requested them twice to bring it for TD. Didn't come and no response even after 2 weeks. When we are bombarded with calls from the sales team of other brands, Citroen sales team doesn't seem to be interested in even responding to a call/request for a TD.
