For anyone even considering this, better have DEEP pockets. Read: $28,000+ (Showing the guy buying the unrelated boat should have been the 1st sign) Just to teleconference the doctor is $250 (should have been the 2nd sign). Teleconference was 10:45 and when I called the Dr. was unavailable (imagine you showed up late for a doctor's appt... you'd be cancelled and charged), when he did call TWO HOURS late was very condescending, a lot of "listen to me" and calling me "honey" (61 year old men don't like to be referred to as honey). Anyway, being 61 he says that he WON'T do the above Lazrplastique surgery (for my EXISTING condition) unless he does a Lenzoplastique surgery for the condition I don't have yet but will have eventually (cataracts). And also, there was a third procedure that would happen before, during, or after to correct tearing. So I now I start talking money and suddenly after 20 minutes he's got other things he needs to do, so I should go read up on how great he is... remember this is the guy that kept me waiting for TWO HOURS. Ten minutes after the call, the money person calls to go over the cost (keep in mind the prices are because I stressed affordability issues) Another exam normally $1,000... but to "help me" ONLY $650 Lenzoplastique normally $14,000 PER EYE, but to again help me ONLY $11,000 PER EYE (yes, because he's NOT doing this for the money, it's ONLY $22,000 to have a surgery so I'll be eligible to have the surgery I actually want). At this point, I told her that I didn't need any more info and just ended the call... Why waste more time to find that the end number to clear up my ghosting is going to be $40,000+... good thing he's not doing it for the money, honey. I'm sure they'll probably delete my post since it's factual and not flattering.

Hello, I’m 24 years old in Dallas TX. I have severe keratoconus after pregnancy in both eyes. I got a collagen cross-linking surgery in December in my right eye and was told I will need it again in the same eye bc it’s still progressing. My left eye needs a transplant because it’s too thin. I appreciate my doctors and specialists but my appointments are so far away I'm scared that both eyes will need a transplant.

So you mention correcting refractive eye surgery complications. It seems like you are only are concerned with improving refractive power in the eyes. This is usually the least bothersome “complication” that occurs from refractive eye surgery. Can you correct issues caused by higher order abberations and large pupil size such as halos, star bursts, light sensitivity, night blindness, excessive glare, double vision, decreased contrast sensitivity, etc.? These are honestly the types of issues that people with refractive eye surgery complications really care about than solely improving refractive power to be able to see “20/20”. A good pair of scleral contact lenses can get most post laser eye surgery patients to this level without the need for further surgery.
