BTW-the price has been reduced to $3.3 million and still no takers. The $47K per year New Jersey property tax probably has a lot to do with it.

A lot of the interiors feel dated or somehow a little generic or obvious to me. But I live in Zurich, Switzerland so maybe the design concepts are a little sharper here.
