is buffing safe for your nails? like if you do your nail every 2 weeks wouldn't you be buffing away at layers and layers of nails? does it not make them weaker? i wanted to try builder gel to make nails stronger but how if i need to buff away layers of nail every time. thank you

Do you need a base coat ? So basically, top coat is what makes the chrome stick? Base coat? -> gel color-> topcoat -> chrome -> top coat ?
