Hapo kwa custom orders, can be tricky kidogo 🤔🤔🤔 personally I find it draining at the design stage - getting the right fit, colour choices, meeting expectations, timelines etc. then on the other hand it can open opportunitues in a niche you'd never have considered that could be highly in demand.

I agree with you on the seal yarn, some shades are so lush while others are coarse. Other shades have a lot of piling unlike other shades with little piling. overall = no consistency

What I know happens to screen savers is if there's water on the screen saver, it'll work as if someone is operating the phone and move about from App to App but once it's wiped all goes back to normal. But it sure does sound like you were being hacked, I've seen hacking being done on Laptops, it's exactly the way you've described it.
