Practice what you preach. All problems are the fault of the leadership everytime. Progress looks like: 1. Modernized and consistently maintained roadways. 2. State of the art and consistent sanitation, and waste pick-up. 3. Consistently enforcing traffic laws and dealing out penalties and punishments that deter racing down the highways and motorcycles and bicycles lane-splitting. 4. Make crime pay big with both fines and sentences that put fear in anyone considering committing crime. 5. Zero tolerance for repeat traffic offense and criminal activity with massive penlties and punishments. If you don't do these things, absolutely nothing will change for the good and will only get worse. The crime wave has become ordinary because of softness and tolerance. And there's no excuse for the politician to not manage and maintain the base things of and in the infrastructure of a society consistently at a high level and consistent trajectory staing updated.

Get the police out on the beat etc... Where are they? Where are the garbage trucks... areas of Barbados look disgusting rubbish overspilling into the streets. The residents are doing the best they can to keep it together!! No sign of any collection.. Checkers Hall, Ruby Tenatries come one!! clean up for the residents who are paying like everyone..

Thanks for updating me I was incorrectly assuming we had no building code. I looked at the draft code and I have some questions: 1-Can I build a 2 story dwelling? 2- Is a single-story bungalow with a full basement captured in the code? 3- How can a prospective builder get access to sample agreements outlining responsibilities assignable to myself and my contractor 4- Will builders be required to be certified to the code so that I can avoid unqualified builders I have firm plans to build in either Barbados or St Vincent within 18 months.

This looks like a lady name Rose I encountered years ago and if it's her, Rose was always straight up as she is in this video, but not disrespectful.
