This is the earliest rap I have ever heard. Ive heard Muddy and Bob Dylan rap, but this is so early it blows me away. Inhad my firsg careful listen to Whites stuff yesterday, and today I think I have gobbled up his whole catalog. Help me out, folks. I would be grateful for any recommendations about specific or obscure performances that I may have missed.
There's something so genuine and heartfelt about this version. Makes me want to dance.

Vilken tuning har du där?
@kontemplerish Жыл бұрын

Maybe it's good stuff I don't know but I can't understand 95% of what he says. That makes a tune suck for me. doesn't matter the genre either. it definitely isn't any black thing. If I don't get it, it sucks. I only know English.

No-one, but none makes a National guitar sing like Booker.

Love cajun music. These guys are great, outside, couple cold ones near by. No laser show, no dancers, no light show, just good music.

Shows what an amazing improvisor Bukka was - even turned this old tune into a personal short story!

It's a reinterpretation of a Blind Lemon Jefferson cover.
