90% is very generous. If it were raw, I would actually understand that. But in slabs? Dang, that's super competitive. 80-90% is basically collecting level. But I do have to add, you can easily ask what you want. From my experience as small seller. You can ask anywhere from 100 to 150% to still be reasonable on lower end cards. $1-$75. But anything above there, especially slabbed? Dang, that's major difficult.

I grew up the biggest Raichu fan after watching the original Lt Surge episode. My favorite all time card is the Raichu with the lightning background with the 100 damage on the card.
