You made several unwise moves. Like Yuna trying to cast Esuna on a Reflected tidus. And Rikku trying to heal zombies. And not using Bahamut’s overdrive immediately (thus losing the ability to use it). The purpose of turn-based RPGs is to pause & plan your next move carefully (to avoid obvious mistakes)

After wishing for action combat in FF games for so long, now I kinda wish for the series to go back to turn based. FFX probably had the best turn based combat system in the whole series. An evolution of this would be nice. (FF13 doesn't count)

Yes yes yes. Bla bla bla??? You ruined the best dialog in the game... And just for the record, the remake doesn't capture certain qualities that the original had in the way it feels. Removing parts of the music and attempting making it too perfect, lost the whole feel to it... Give me PS2 version with lower graphics anyday.

First of all. Don't cast ultra nul all till his 2nd form. You can still survive his attacks and your overdrive gauge will fill up in one hit without the 5x cheer. Don't mix at all until both arms are dead at the beginning. Because that hand can petrify and shatter a character right off the bat. Spam overdrives bro! Trio of 9999 with hi potion, potion and x potion gives you 297 rounds of healing. Once his second form comes you need ultra nul all. And it helps to have eccentric and hot spurs stacked to fill your overdrive in one hit in this phase as well. Judgement day has a counter of 20. Meaning he will have to have attacked 20 times and have both arms up to cast judgement day.
