@PokemonRarity I've only been able to open like 9 packs so far of that and no luck but buy it up every chance I get, just opened some stellar crown tho and pulled the squirtle chase

No I just record my gameplay with obs as a normal recording and then upload straight to KZbin. I maybe should branch out to other platforms but ehhh. I've tried twitch in the past and it was fun, but I don't like being stuck on twitch. Ends up being am all day thing, when I just like to get what I needed done and do other things in my day. And too much editing to convert to a watchable youtube video lol. Maybe I'll try again later, but I get sucked in too long on there coz it becomes too fun chatting with people. And sometimes I'll post a link to like Twitter or something but I forget. But in obs there is a way to both record and stream. You just have to setup the streaming details in obs to connect to your account

@@PokemonRarity what would you recommend I should start on? Twitch or KZbin? Sounds like twitch is more complicated

@@kingmoon4858 depends on how much time you want to spend playing the game. If you want to have more conversations while playing, twitch will be good. Both are pretty slow start tho. Always worth trying out both and see what you like better. My personal preference tho is youtube

For the recording itself, obs. If you wanted to show yourself, a Webcam. Amd having at least a two screen setup makes things easier so then you can have your obs open on one screen and your game you wanna record on another. Not necessary, but it makes things easy. And for thumbnail creation I'd recommend gimp. It's like photos shop but free. Oh and I use premiere pro for editing. But I'm sure there are plenty of free ones available, I just started on premier pro and cannot use anything else now 😅

@@kingmoon4858 yeah premiere pro is a video editor. I feel like it's a bit over priced when they never even add new editing effects and transitions, when it's a monthly subscription. You cant just outright buy the base program. But it's solid at fluid, easy editing. And zero watermarks lol

I use obs to record my Webcam and my game. And by video on the side, I'm presuming you mean the view of myself, which is just a Webcam setup. Within obs you can organize the layout. And yeah I'd love to do a collab one day once I maybe have my own decks made that are worth playing haha

@@kingmoon4858 yes, within the software, it will screen record, and you can organize how it all looks together, and has the sound input from whichever device you choose. Some filters can also be applied directly through obs as well. Like I mostly use filters to make my mic sound better since I don't have a soundboard amd it's just a USB mic. Also partially on topic, but if you were wanting a budget microphone, the best quality cheapest mic I found to work in the past was a USB mic that was made for the wii lol. And they're usually only $10 or less, and much better sounding than other random China made temu quality mics lol

Just ordered a booster of each! Can't wait to see the new set it's gonna be epic. I think the Japanese set is incredible!
