🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 If you remove the performance package, it just remains a 4-Door family sedan. Which explains that the XY is categorised as a SPORTS-SEDAN. The XA XB & XC coupes are categorised as Muscle-cars. Eg;- One of the quickest 4-Door sedans in the world is the latest Cadillac Black-Wing , which professional reviewers classify as a SPORTS-SEDAN. The classification of a Muscle-car is a 2-Door with a back-seat and a performance package. Like the 1968 Monaro, or the 1967 Falcon Sports Coupe, or the 1964 Pontiac GTO.

I have had the pleasure of riding in an original phase 3, remember nearly pooping in the guys seat. Love those muscle cars, the only one I could afford at the time was an original 1969 HK or HT 327 Bathurst Monaro doing the quarter mile at Bricky's, up against a 351 GT Ford ute and the like, ate them for breakfast as the had no traction. Ah, gone are the good old days.

Good question @dk.Phanzo , In Australia, when ordering mid series models like Everest Trend and Ranger XLT, the answer is yes, this is an additional option over the regular Towpack. As of November 2024, Everest Trend 4x4 & Sport 4x4 require the Touring Pack to be optioned and not the Tow pack. Ranger XLT 4x4 & Sport 4x4 also requires the Touring Pack option, this is because the touring Pack incorporates the the additional Surround Cameras. The Touring Pack option incorporates the Towbar (on Everest models, Tow pack is standard on Mid Series Ranger), 360 Cameras and Pro Trailer Assist, so there is no need to option both the Tow pack & Touring Pack . When ordering an Everest Platinum, the only Factory Tow pack is the Premium Tow pack. Ranger Wildtrak, Platinum & Raptor come standard with the Tow pack and Pro Trailer Assist feature. In order to upgrade any model that is optional with Pro Trailer Back Up Assist, this must be fitted at the factory, it cannot be dealer fitted. We hope this helps clarify your question.
