I hate it so much that we have to use mental dexterity rune and therefore be in melee range. pathetic class/spec design for a caster..

Seriously. I play ele and to remedy this you have to use a dagger with a speed that’s <1.5, so that when you flame shock you’ll auto attack on the global.
