Love this channel ❤. I genuinely struggle with how more and more buttery it tastes (and it looses sweetness) as time goes/ as it sits. It it feels airy when you eat it.

How do you actually store? Does it have to be made same day or before? How do I save king take it to another home- store the pavlova separate from fruit and assemble there?

Great questions! All answered on the blog for you :) but it should be stored in a cool dry place in an airtight container. Decorate a couple hours before serving, not the day before. The cream and berries will eat away at the meringue which may cause it to collapse.
