I just wanna say thank you for this talk! Natasha you've held and guided such a nice discussion about life and girl things, but in a real way, and Bri was so relatable in so many topics and just a great guest. Love that you actually talked about life choices and decisions, specially in career, felt like it helped me figure out my own way. Thank you girls!😘

This is such a great conversation; I really appreciate the authenticity and Claire’s discussion of her trajectory. So relatable in many ways, Especially how she faced barriers in navigated the field of media and fashion.

Kind of off-topic, but this is some thing I recently learned so I thought I’d share. In actuality the largest city in Canada is Toronto at 2.7 million city proper and then 6 million in the GTA. but Montreal is the second largest city in Canada at 1.7 million in the city proper and 4.6 in the greater Montreal area. And then thirdly, it is Vancouver. At 650,000 in the city proper Vancouver and 2.6 in the greater Vancouver area. I myself thought Vancouver was second, but Montreal is bigger than Vancouver. Just thought I’d throw in some facts that actually surprised me as well.

Rachel is describing nervous system overwhelm. Detaching and numbing typically happens when our nervous system is over activated. She is overwhelmed. And numbing helps cope with overwhelm. It’s a trauma response. She likely feels a whole mix of things from relationship and career implosions at once. If I had to guess abandonment betrayal or failure are common ones. I hope she can find the space to heal 🌺
