I played the fan translation of the second game and I can say that it is in the top 2 of my favorite ace attorney games alongside Trials and Tribulations. The story was one of the if not the best of the entire series, every single episode was so well connected, and the soundtrack is also amazing

I love how out of all the reaction stuff I posted, this one is getting the love and traction...something much more niche compared to the likes of metroid,zelda,etc. I have played through almost every phoenix wright entry(minus great ace 2) and with edgeworths 2nd game, I had the choice of fan patch or a lets play of said fan patch. I choose the latter(I'm here for story anyways) and that game is up there with Trials and Tribulations. Was a shame we never got it... WITH THIS? Original look and newer look and we get both in one(they are heavily connected)...If you didn't like Great Ace 1/2 or even Apollos stuff and onward.... DON'T sleep on Edgeworths games! I was gonna describe something about how the 2nd game is with villains.....but too spoilery to even use a certain word.

I’m excited for 2 to finally come out but I’ll miss the fan translation names for the characters introduced in it. They were fantastic. Also we almost have all the AA games, we still need the crossover with Layton and then we’ll be all caught up.

I recall watching AAI2 on KZbin(I could have played it myself via fan patch but it was a lot of text I watched like a movie). I'm not sure Professor Layton would be brought to modern systems(seems to only show on Nintendo hardware and mobile).
