You can film without a permit for youtube there a video's explaining what to do and the letters you need to write to gain written permission from the parks at zero cost hope this helps you guys!

The lady that fell from her horse was ok luckily. We stayed at 2 different campgrounds in Custer. 5 days at each one. One we had reserved a few months ahead of time. The other, we got lucky and got reserved the week before arriving.
