STARS - Negative / INFINITE We recently booked a 2 day Holiday Package at the Hide out farmstay Karjat through a famous youtuber Mr Yash Chandarana. Having seen all his youtube videos we checked with him about a property. Since that wasn't available, we went on to book Hideout which was strongly recommended by him. With a very happy mood we get on our journey to have 2 days of fun. As soon as we get close to about 1 km to the property, we find that there is no road to the property. Its just a mud path which is very uneven due to the rains and water made dry puddles. We somehow maneuver to get to the property. There are other properties in Karjat with a similar mud path but the roads are better and plying on them with a vehicle doesn't make us frown. We love the look of the property. It seems to be very new. Infact quite a few things were not even completed yet but thats ohk. Coz the rooms looked amazing from the outside, the grass and greenery were so lush. The pool looked beautiful. So we thought we were in for a treat. But thats when the disappointments started. The person incharge had no clue about our booking. Going back and forth as if they made a mistake they put us in a room which didn't match the photos of the room sent to us. The room wasn't even swept. We have the guys clean the room and report to Yash about the cold welcome and confusion of the people incharge. He assures us that all will be well. We proceed to Lunch and though i am not gonna comment on the presentability of the food, but i will say this that the Ready made Gulab Jamun was the only thing i liked. Also the no of items on the buffet were less than what was promised in the package. Something we didn't realize till way later when all fell apart. We were tired from a long journey and the sun was creating its chaos. So we thought to rest the afternoon. Once up in the evening, we rushed to karjat market as we had forgotten to get somethings. On the way we realized that all of us are feeling very scratchy after sleeping on the beds. And we wondered of all the dissapointments so far. So we decided to cut our stay to just one day. When we returned we decided to give Mr yash a call and inform him about our change of plans and on his probing we mentioned everything including the scratching. Suspecting something with the beds we happen to uncover the pillow only to find the pillows filled with fungus. OMG, the earth beneath us slipped away, we happen to sleep on something so gross, we were 7 adults and 2 kids. The allergy and infection cud have not only spoiled the 2 days but we cud be infected with something. We decided that we are not gonna stay there a minute and wanted to leave asap. But here is where the funny things happen. While Yash was accepting the properties fault the staff themselves were giving us a cold shoulder. When they come and inspect the pillows, they make comments saying that it is nothing and that the pillows are new. Well i leave it to you viewers to see the pics and decide if the pillows are at all new. This is when we happen to chk a lot of things in detail. And we realized that yes the wall was new, the floor was new, the roof was new, but the fans, bedsheets, bedspreads, basin, soap-dish, geyser were all old. Thankfully the toilet pot wasn't old. While we were not in the state of mind to take any more pictures, if u wanna chance the experience the choice is entirely yours. Now coming to the commercials. While the package seemed to be reasonable but i later learnt that what Yash charged us was above the price of the resort. Usually the commissions come out of the vendors package and i wouldn't have complained if all was well. We had paid 50% of the charge, which means we had paid 1 day price in full but we stayed only for a few hours and had 1 meal. Now u can say that we have booked the place and that we will have to bear the loss but with the harrowing experience they gave us aren't they suppose to compensate. I am sure u will agree, but all hell breaks loose when Mr Yash Chandrana starts speaking the Resort Owner / Incharges language. They tell us that we will have to pay the full amount i.e. 2 days price and it is upto us whether we want to stay or not. And Mr Yash instead of fighting for us tells us that since it was his recommendation he will pay the balance amount to the resort owner. Oh My My what a gesture. Where we need to be compensated for the pathetic rooms and their hospitality, we are being favoured by the balance amount being paid to the vendor. Mr Yash, why dont u pay us our original amount back as well then. I am ending this with a note so that u think twice before what u respond. I travel every month, from a home stay / farm stay / Beach house to four star hotel like The Fern, Novotel, Citrus, Pullman. I have seen quite a lot. But what I felt that day was like I was stuck with a goon. And i was really scared for my family. So guys think twice before booking this place and if u r there try uncovering the pillows, removing the bed sheets and checking the mattresses etc...

It seems to be very new. Infact quite a few things were not even completed yet but thats ohk. Coz the rooms looked amazing from the outside, the grass and greenery were so lush. The pool looked beautiful. So we thought we were in for a treat. But thats when the disappointments started. The person incharge had no clue about our booking. Going back and forth as if they made a mistake they put us in a room which didn't match the photos of the room sent to us. The room wasn't even swept. We have the guys clean the room and report to Yash about the cold welcome and confusion of the people incharge. He assures us that all will be well. We proceed to Lunch and though i am not gonna comment on the presentability of the food, but i will say this that the Ready made Gulab Jamun was the only thing i liked. Also the no of items on the buffet were less than what was promised in the package. Something we didn't realize till way later when all fell apart. We were tired from a long journey and the sun was creating its chaos. So we thought to rest the afternoon. Once up in the evening, we rushed to karjat market as we had forgotten to get somethings. On the way we realized that all of us are feeling very scratchy after sleeping on the beds. And we wondered of all the dissapointments so far. So we decided to cut our stay to just one day. When we returned we decided to give Mr yash a call and inform him about our change of plans and on his probing we mentioned everything including the scratching. Suspecting something with the beds we happen to uncover the pillow only to find the pillows filled with fungus. OMG, the earth beneath us slipped away, we happen to sleep on something so gross, we were 7 adults and 2 kids. The allergy and infection cud have not only spoiled the 2 days but we cud be infected with something. We decided that we are not gonna stay there a minute and wanted to leave asap. But here is where the funny things happen. While Yash was accepting the properties fault the staff themselves were giving us a cold shoulder. When they come and inspect the pillows, they make comments saying that it is nothing and that the pillows are new. Well i leave it to you viewers to see the pics and decide if the pillows are at all new. This is when we happen to chk a lot of things in detail. And we realized that yes the wall was new, the floor was new, the roof was new, but the fans, bedsheets, bedspreads, basin, soap-dish, geyser were all old. Thankfully the toilet pot wasn't old. While we were not in the state of mind to take any more pictures, if u wanna chance the experience the choice is entirely yours. Now coming to the commercials. While the package seemed to be reasonable but i later learnt that what Yash charged us was above the price of the resort. Usually the commissions come out of the vendors package and i wouldn't have complained if all was well. We had paid 50% of the charge, which means we had paid 1 day price in full but we stayed only for a few hours and had 1 meal. Now u can say that we have booked the place and that we will have to bear the loss but with the harrowing experience they gave us aren't they suppose to compensate. I am sure u will agree, but all hell breaks loose when Mr Yash Chandrana starts speaking the Resort Owner / Incharges language. They tell us that we will have to pay the full amount i.e. 2 days price and it is upto us whether we want to stay or not. And Mr Yash instead of fighting for us tells us that since it was his recommendation he will pay the balance amount to the resort owner. Oh My My what a gesture. Where we need to be compensated for the pathetic rooms and their hospitality, we are being favoured by the balance amount being paid to the vendor. Mr Yash, why dont u pay us our original amount back as well then. I am ending this with a note so that u think twice before what u respond. I travel every month, from a home stay / farm stay / Beach house to four star hotel like The Fern, Novotel, Citrus, Pullman. I have seen quite a lot. But what I felt that day was like I was stuck with a goon. And i was really scared for my family. So guys think twice before booking this place and if u r there try uncovering the pillows, removing the bed sheets and checking the mattresses etc...

We recently booked a 2 day Holiday Package at the Hide out farmstay Karjat through a famous youtuber Mr Yash Chandarana. Having seen all his youtube videos we checked with him about a property. Since that wasn't available, we went on to book Hideout which was strongly recommended by him. With a very happy mood we get on our journey to have 2 days of fun. As soon as we get close to about 1 km to the property, we find that there is no road to the property. Its just a mud path which is very uneven due to the rains and water made dry puddles. We somehow maneuver to get to the property. There are other properties in Karjat with a similar mud path but the roads are better and plying on them with a vehicle doesn't make us frown.
