@@yakoridesagain I want to see the entire bike for at least a minute in a half hour video. This is annoying to click on tons of time wasting videos where you can not see it. After clicking on 4-5 videos you can waste 1-2 hours on a 2 minute information. Plz never forget if someone comment on a video it does not matter what he saying. Only that matters if someone "wasting" yet another minute on actually doing you a favor. More comments more chance for the AI to advertise your stuff.

I ride 40 k per day using the assistance over the last 5 k because I am knackered and it's all up hill around 11 % . I hope you can over come the fear. It is difficult but you have a great bike. Thanks Pedro. The length of the cable will depend upon where you want to put the extender battery. Having spent 35 years treating cows with acetonaemia (ketosis) I find it strange that there is now a weight loss diet for humans that presumably results in ketone bodies in the blood. I am diabetic (type 2) and when I was first diagnosed 20 years ago they thought I was ketotic and was admitted to hospital rather quickly however the hospital decided that my GPs urine testing kit was up the creek and sent me home. I know these diets are very popular and KZbin certainly bombards one with ads extolling their virtues but I presume that once the kg. have fallen off there is a less drastic maintenance regimen to follow. Good luck and best wishes Gareth.

I have found before that limiting/removing carbohydrates from my diet and forcing the body to utilise stored fats through exercise rather than using the otherwise immediately available glucose from ‘normal’ dietary intake does lead to weight loss…whether this process has been mis-labelled Mark is certainly one for the more scientific amongst us! Apologies if I have it wrong!
@markbennett978717 күн бұрын
@@yakoridesagain I think that it’s possible to be ketotic, ie using stored fat for energy without having ketosis. Cows were pushed very hard at times and could tip over quite easily post calving as milk yields rose so perhaps my comparison is invidious.
