i see cloaking now works significantly longer than prior. thats a tadbit broken id say but well, game aint balanced anyways :D

@@renem.4249 In the next update, the cloak is being reverted back to how it was in legacy. Almost all the PvPers I know are very excited for this change.

Passive ticking is still in the game, so a dragon gets an elder tick every 12 hours when you log into the game. It takes a while, but ASD is the fastest to elder and only takes 2-3 weeks.
