I got the 130 X-don't dynamic SE over the 110 v8. Single, no kids. 2 dogs though. Major consideration was the additional protection and heft of the vehicle with the length. Traffic in Dallas and elsewhere is seemingly getting worse by the day. And the 130 just has a different look/appeal to it. Massive.

He didn't know how to drive it! If you're gonna do a proper start to 60mph you must touch the little button on the wheel for the 20sec eco boost and it'll beat the turbo to 60mph! The turbo S beats it though!

I have one of these and love it. It is one of those cars that looks better in the right colour and wrong in the wrong colour. I have “that blue” and it’s stunning. My mpg around town is about 33 to 35 mpg, in the real world.

Seeing this sport grow over a decade and now watching people make content about it makes me happy. This sport made me watch motorsports again after F1 became pay to view from the early 2010s. I have posted to you before about the PHEV Sportage - I have gotten 1300mpg on 9 gallons of gas. Most tanks get approx. 550-650mpg on 9 gallons of gas. The Sport mode is a new thought and will definitely work the recharge more to get additional EV on longer trips!

Great review. Getting an Air in Aurora red mid October. Having owned a smaller EV for 2 years I have no problem whatsoever getting a larger car. Not for everyone, but if it suits a particular lifestyle then why not?

I have owned the 2023 Prestige for 6 months. For the life of ownership, we are averaging 61mpg/+96km. Due to the type of driving I did on one tank, I drove +1,300 miles on 9 gallons of gas. That’s over 2,100km on 34 liters. Pretty amazing! We have a level 2 charger at home - the best way to go if you own a PHEV. Our other car is a base model 2021 Prius. For the life of ownership - we are getting +80mpg/129km. As a norm, we are pretty much depleting the batteries in both car approx. 50% of the time.

I picked mine up on Friday (Design model). Love the car, handles well and the acceleration is excellent. Drove it from Cornwall to Somerset at the weekend, which was 130 miles. I got there with 42% battery left. My old Citroen eC4 would have only just made the trip. I had no idea about the little carrier bag holder. That's pretty cool. The Hi BYD voice command is excellent. It is very responsive and does lots of stuff. Turn the AC on and off, open windows, change the temperature etc. Wireless Android Auto also works really well and I believe it now does wireless Apple Carplay as well. The ability to unlock it with either the key, the keycard, your smartphone or the little button the door handle is great. Although I do miss the proximity sensor in my old Citroen eC4 which locked and unlocked as you approached and left the car. All in all a fantastic little car.

I have the same car and on the whole I like it. It looks great and the phev side works really well for me as mostly short journeys Mon-Fri. The infotainment system is complete garbage though. Looks nice but not intuitive, far too complicated, laggy, loses settings and radio stations etc. Also the heater temp adjustments aren’t backlit so you can’t see them at night! 🤷‍♂️

I’d buy the car and charge it up as and when I can, when shopping etc as my complex can’t have PHEVS but I can use the petrol engine and charge up and and when
