I hear bedrock differs from Java. Will you be addressing these differences, or will I just learn things incorrectly, watching these?

There aren't many differences between Java and bedrock redstone. The main differences will be shown when I talk about more complex topics like quasi-connectivity and one-tick pulses on sticky pistons. I'll address those differences when we get there!

HUUUUUGE help. Thank You so VERY much. Been struggling while watching these used in builder's vids, because they don't explain HOW they work! 🤪

Love all these builds but I would have to say the mushroom house was my favourite and the dessert second as it looks like it's inspired by a villager house.

Just a puestion but do you think that the nether is more open in java then bedrock. Keep it going
@Stryder06
@Stryder06 11 ай бұрын
Thank you! I know this is a bit late, but to me, the Nether definitely feels more claustrophobic on bedrock because of the fog. I don't think there are any objective differences other than visually, though.

watched a couple videos so far, on this and am unable to 'shift click' to open drawer mod view like you show in your video. I tried empty handed, empty drawers and left and right click and not working, what am I missing, (on a side note, I am using Mr. Beardstones 'Create Perfect World' mod Pack. (about 122 mods). thanks in advance, and btw, nice and very informative video. ( also playing on java edition, not bedrock, not sure if that makes diff). also, I am trying this on a 4 drawer (8 per drawer), drawer box. not sure if this only works on a Single drawer (32 stack).

If I'm interpreting your question correctly, you should be able to access the drawer as long as it has items inside. If it does not, you can't open it.

You're on a great track for how to texture, but I've still got a major point of advice. Don't be afraid to let your builds be 3D. Yes this is already a 3D game. What I mean is on large flat surfaces, you really want to let the depth vary. As an example, I would've pushed the area within the pillars in by one block and added some stairs in the top corners. This makes the build feel more alive rather than be a complex pixel art build. The design of the pillars and main wall segment section would just POP so much more if you let yourself think outside of just textures. 100% you'll improve your builds if you change that, and they're already really good. Keep up the good work!

Stryder just wondering if you build in the moment or pre plan and build everything in creative. Great vid keep going
@Stryder06
@Stryder06 Жыл бұрын
Thank you! If I'm already familiar with the techniques in the build and have a good idea for how I want it to look I'll usually freestyle, but if there are particular things I want to get right or need time to experiment with I'll go to creative.
