I seriously have a doubt, does the display in this laptop come with 100%sRGB color gamut and does it have a backlit keyboard? Bcoz on flipkart page its showing no backlit keyboard in details and also it is mentioning 100% sRGB which isn't mentioned in official photos showing laptop's features,😢 plz reply

Acer customer service explained 👉I connect with their call support daily at 9 am at the end they simply prove them helpless and say that we can only escalate your issue to our backend team from but won't be able to provide any specific date that the motherboard is going to be available... And believe me guys that my issue has been escalated 'n' number of times but received no resolution... I even drop a mail to their mail team on a daily basis but they also revert me with bunch of simpathy and empathy and they tell the same thing that we have got the issue escalated to our back end so plz allow us some time once you we receive any update we will connect with you... Believe no one has connected from acer's end with me in these 50days... I also leave comment on all acer social media handle so that my issue is resolved on a priority basis but they simply say that kindly allow us some we need your kind understanding here... I don't what kind of understanding support they need from customer end after suffering with the same issue for a 50 days time.... By doing all these activities on a daily basis I am totally menatlly disturbed and harassed as I am a student and my studies are hampered very badly due to this pathetic service experience.. 🚫Purchasing an acer's laptop is proving out to be the biggest nightmare for me in my life... I regret my choice very badly🚫... Still I have to pay 2 month remaining emi of the laptop....

Whats the thermals like on this? The place where i plan to use got poor ventilation and so it has pretty high room temp (30 to 35 °C) and my friend had an Ideapad gaming from Lenovo and his laptop kept crashing due to high temps.

@@AcerIndiaYT yeah I got a question, how good does the laptop run in temperatures higher than usual (35°C or more) as my workplace lacks proper ventilation and has pretty hot room temperatures. Also are some of the models underclockable? As in can I undervolt the CPU or GPU to reduce temps and increase battery life?
