How is awareness the same as knowledge? Doesn`t consciousness have it`s definition and etymology in knowledge, from the latin conscientia? Surely, awareness is simply the eye that sees the breadth of consciousness, when the two co-exist? The very reason why consciousness changes is because knowledge is subject to change. Awareness is not subject to change. If it were `infinite knowledge` as you say then awareness would itself be subject to change. Consciousness is a deep part of the mind that generates our sense of self and the entire physical world. This uses self-awareness. However, when we transcend the physical self, we are still aware. Thus this is not being self-aware. Therefore, there are other levels of awareness, contrary to what you say. There is also a meta-awareness which is clearly not the same as self-awareness. There is low and high awareness, clearly. Although it is linked, the awareness you talk about as being physical is the autonomic nervous system and this is not an eternal attribute, as such it would definitely be different to the all-pervasive awareness you mention. There are many holes in this understanding of the differences between awareness and consciousness.

Hot fire could be disease, hard pain, losing near by family, losing the home you built it in decades with blood, having no eat - pure survival, war, extreme suffering. So how to deal with self-inquiry, to let it go, to not panic in such extreme scenarios? How to say it is just a dream when you (it is not truly me but persona) see your child is dying and many more. I now about NDEs, but how to pass over it and to let it go, to be meditating while your nephews might not see next dailight. Do I need to be comfortable state in order to experience spirituality?

Great to know the Mayor of Glastonbury is supporting Palestine. A flag on the town hall would be appreciated. I remember seeing a Ukranian one. A palestinian one would be very good. Wow, wow, wow!! So many try to explain it in various terms, but this right here is the real deal! Awareness is something we tend to notice more as soon as our grip on consciousness relaxes a bit or is forced to let go. It's always silently in the background and without it nothing would ever be seen, yet we tend to give more focus on the various material objects of this world rather than bring our attention from the forefront to the background and root ourselves firmly in Awareness only. We chase after material objects as if they can bring us happiness, which they NEVER will. Staying with Awareness in the background is accessible to all, but very few are willing to let go of chasing material objects and simply slide into the background of Awareness.😍🥰😇😇
