lame to fame : when i was a teenager, i met XNT briefly at a studio just outside ipswich where they recorded some shizzle (pre KLF/brits) ... BTW really nice guys! mark, who owned the studio, said they blew a bunch of his exensive speakers! his story was (largely pre-digital production days at this stage) : when recording they put they piped the sound-boothed music into another room with (said) speakers and then stuck a mic in the middle of that to give an authentic "live" sound ... obvs XNT turned it to max and blew em ... lol

Very cool guys, had an afterparty with them in my house in 1995 or 96, was a surprise arranged by a friend of mine! A great pleasure!!✊🏾
