Hi Al, i love your content man. I found you through searching youtube because I found out how profitable probate wholesaling can be for real estate investors through Rick Ginn and his son Zach Ginn. After watching all your videos and finding it thoroughly enjoyable that there's investor-friendly probate attorneys i became obsessed with listening to your podcasts and your interviews all over youtube. And i watched a video recently while I was at work where you broke down case study probate deals that you've done and I found those the most appealing. You seem as enthusiastic as I am to listen to you talk about probate when you discuss your case studies and I just hope maybe in the future you can add a ton more content discussing your live or previous case studies probates you've done working with investors. I find those extremely enjoyable and it gives the best perspective on how patient we must be, the problems that arise when trying to close these deals, and how much investors make once the problems are solved. But thats just something I have on my christmas wishlist! Either way, I love your real estate investor probate content man, you're inspiring! Thank you!

Not true. Executors are signors. Heirs receive proceeds from Estate. Heirs have NO say unless they contest Estate.

This guy wasted my entire day. I thought I found the fountain of youth all to find out. It’s all a scam. There’s a reason why he can’t put videos on KZbin anymore. The IRS put out a special memo about this scam and if you get wrapped up in it, you’re going to prison. Anybody who controls a trust is considered a grantor and any income going into it will pass through to that person you should see his website shady as hell not even a phone number

Hi Al thanks for this video, I found a distressed property which is under John Doe EST, I searched court records and no probate shows being filed in the county, how can I find out who is responsible for the property? I see no PR's or nothing on court records

Great tip!! I, too, make calendar appointments for each daily task. If you don't block out your calendar, someone else will... truth!! I also enter every person I speak with in my CRM. I started this habit many years ago... EVERYONE I speak with or have some business with goes into my Contacts with notes. At a very minimum, it's great to answer their phone call knowing exactly who the person is and what our last convo was about.

Who do we contact

If a property ownership shows under a "Estate" like under "Doe, John Est", does that mean the property is still actively on Probate or who really owns a property like this?

What is the property worth? How much is your portion worth? 50 acres of land and it's value? Can you sell your interest to the partitioner? Trying to force the family to reimburse them for property taxes and upkeep and people were not aware of their interest in the property...

No one was aware of their interest in the property....never disclosed....now claiming property taxes and upkeep with no supporting evidence

How about step-children protection? If the step-parent files probate calling step-child bio child of both the deceased and the living spouse, can they get away with it? Or would that be caught by court due to birth certificates being required? I’m having a hard time understanding how my significant other’s step-parent is expecting to keep the money from home sale without splitting it with step-child… Will it catch up to them in court? Or does it happen often? They told my significant other the “trust” deceased parent had, was mistakenly written, so their lawyer “corrected it” to show they were married and that my SO was entitled to inheritance when the surviving spouse dies… Either they lied to lawyer or lawyer is in on it… I wonder if this has any chance of being caught at any point… I don’t even think they got a probate started… And the deceased passed 3mo ago… If they filed the probate and lied, can they get away with it?

No deals, no life. Work on getting deals instead of a life. Get lots of deals, but now no time for a life. Have all the deals, but now too old to have a life. Die alone but surrounded by the best deals. Success.
