Will this eliminate a portion of empty spools being discarded to waste? I wonder if: the white thread spools for this new technology are larger than the standard spools being used currently for individual colors. It would be amazing if Coloreel was able to re-use the spools. Please update your videos letting us know exactly how the new technology is more sustainable. These details could help sales and marketing. Respect to you all.

I went to Printwear and Promotion in Birmingham 2 days ago ( the event is held every year for 3 days in February at the NEC centre) I saw 2 of these machines in the flesh. The fact that you can use it with any embroidery machine is amazing. It does have quite a hefty stand, that needs enough space to accommodate it, also the stitch out is insanely stiff, due to the type of thread it uses and the process it goes through before reaching the embroidery machine. The spool looked like 5000 yards/metres. It starts off white and then changes according to the design. I asked the guy how much, he said around £17,000.

Ditto, a smaller unit would be nice 👌🏾, I would instantly buy this over DTG and DTF if the unit was smaller and Mac OS friendly

But you didn't explain anything! It's an ad with a pretty looking chart that shows what is already known. Talking about sustainability - so much work about nothing? How many inks it takes? where is the thread dyed in the embroidery machine? How much thread can you dye with how big container of ink? These are the questions I expected to have answered in the video with the title like yours. I am certainly not subscribing.

I have only one question. What happens if there is something wrong with the embroidery or the thread and you have to step back a couple of stitches to repaire that?

You just use our Start at Stitch function to go back a few steps in the embroidery file and start again.

@@Coloreel Yepp, thank you, but the colouring happens up there in the maschine, so that means that you have about a meter long thread already coloured between it, and your needle. So if you go back to repaire your embroidery with that allready coloured 1 meter thread, it will have a different (wrong) colour at that place, wont it?
