I love this design. Would you kindly comment on the construction of the floor of the balcony? What sort of water handling does it have to keep the living space below dry? Thank you. BTW, I've watched this video at least 50 times envisioning it on my property. Thanks for posting!!

Yo Leroy, no movement inside we can rip em off blind while they are in town. My thought of country r rural living is the criminal mind is looking for such places so put up hidden cameras that notify you directly by cell phone of intruders , return and screw 911, just shoot em and bury em in Pelosis yard.
