Hey! Why are you deleting my comments? There was nothing that I posted that cannot be backed up by historical documentation. I really want to know what a Dear Gay People poem would say. What is wrong with that? By the way, married, gay, adopted a son, agree with this poem- but doesn't mean I don't want to have a conversation with people who hate LGBTQ community. The only way to change minds and hearts is to have conversations.

i think she talks to all of us as a society. She explains one of the society's problems for the whole society not just for some specific race or group. she makes eye contact with all the audience.

That’s because gay people don’t regularly attack, murder, and abuse straight people? That’s because gay people don’t ask straight people to not be affectionate with their lover in front of them, gay people don’t ask straight people why they’re straight, gay people don’t shut straight people out of their lives on a daily basis just because of who they love. This poem is a response to straight homophobes, not to straight allies. This poem is about the difference between straight people and Straight People™

I disagree. Check it out. Dear Gay People. Glad you're here. Keep being authentic to your true selves. - Respectfully straight allies.

@@jaysahunter256 who gets confused claiming to be straight tho? That comment doesn't make sense. Straight people are accepted in society and never ostracized or bullied. You can marry, you can adopt without bias, you weren't part of the holocaust...
