Some say it's Jimin's gf, but here's why I don't think it is; if Jimin brought a gf, Hobi would have known, since they all would have traveled together. I doubt Hobi would ring the doorbell like that and almost force his way into their room, and especially on a live, if he knew that Jimin was alone in a room with his gf. It would be disrespectful and potentially risky, since he might expose the relationship by accident. So I strongly doubt he would go to his room and act like this if he knew Jimin had a gf inside. Same with if he knew Jimin had any girl at all in there, for that matter. It's also unlikely that Jimin would have had the time and opportunity to go out searching for a random hook-up after the concert. Which leaves Jungkook - however, we don't know why JK hid. We might assume it's because they were doing something "sus", but it might just have been that JK didn't feel like being on camera (maybe tired?) and that he told Jimin beforehand to pretend he wasn't there. Oooooor it was something sus, we may never know =)
