Tell mr. `my build sucks` the dual wielding penalty comes from the off-hand weapon, which only does half damage for balance reasons.

They should have made the Cortana/Gravemind interruptions skippable after the first playthrough on the game...cant believe it was never patched in back in 2008. EVERYONE talked about it nonstop about how annoying the cutscenes and interruptions were
