Hello, does the pen nib move when drawing? I have tablets (released before 2021) from xppen and huion but the nibs move too much. I now use an ipad because the apple pencil is solid and doesn’t move at all... But i am interested in the kamvas pro 19 because of its bigger size.

@TheHonestLaborersReview3 ай бұрын
@@SD-oe6vv 19 inches is enough for the vast majority of artists. You can go to Huion's English website to see the specific horizontal and vertical ratios of the parameters. As well, if I upload artificial Chinese subtitles, then KZbin's AI machine translation will translate according to my own uploaded subtitles instead of translating based on my audio. The accuracy of translation according to text is higher than translation according to my audio. After all, there might be Koreans watching my videos too.

How is the pointer lag for this product? Is the lag large?
@thesevenpens3 ай бұрын
I call this "diagonal wobble" because it is most prominent when moving in that direction as opposed to just horizontally or vertically. I noticed the same thing in my Xencelabs Pen Display 16. I see the same thing in the larger 24" model. I agree that at this price point the diagonal wobble should not be visible.

@@TheHonestLaborersReview Looking forward to English sub titles as well as the video from @thesevenpens From just watching it looks that there is significant sparkle on white background. I'm not sure why companies still insist on using "AG" etched glass. It ruins the whole experience in image quality in my opinion. The best solution is Apples iPad, higher brightness if needed to be used in highly reflective work environment. The trade off of AG etched glass with sparkle, or blurring the light transmittance is not worth glare reduction in my personal and professional opinion. I want a ultra clear representation of my work, the iPad excels at this, I hope to see tablet manufacturers offer an option with out AG in the future, or improve to something close to apple's latest "Nano glass" for those that want texture/AG. The Nano glass is specifically designed to NOT sparkle or blur the image, but I'm sure is quite extensive process that apple will not share.

I can responsibly say that the in-house staff at Wacom's Japan HQ are well aware that their own non-Pro line pen displays simply can't compete with the newest XPPen and Huion products that are now available. Because when the XPPen and Huion are released, the Japanese staff will go to Amazon and order a single unit to take back to HQ to try them out as soon as they are released on the company's books. They are as clear as a bell in their minds. In fact, the next generation of Intuos Pro samples have been 100% debugging completed. A variety of publicity and dissemination materials are ready, just do not want to release it. Now, with so many Chinese brands competing with Wacom, it's getting harder and harder for Wacom to make money from its pen tablet line. They just don't want to release it. If the flagship pen tablet is released first, not many people will be willing to buy a much-higher-price premium pen displays. I am personally responsible for my speculations and statements!

I myself would have liked to have gotten these three models together to put together a review. I actually did have a number of fans in China who were willing to lend me equipment to review. It's really not that hard to do a review. What's hard is to recover the cost and form a business model. I'm not sure I'd consider doing a large-scale review video that requires a lot of equipment until I've thoroughly thought about how to run it.

Huion on the contrary has not yet come out with an Android tablet with EMR pen technology. Only XPPen has come out with this kind of tablet. We'll just sit back and wait. 19 inches is too big for an Android tablet. And generally PC apps are more complete. PS doesn't even have an android terminal, does it?

@user-ez1jj3gh5c I plug my Samsung S23 into my Xp pen 24" 2.5k monitor using DEX mode and all the drawing aps works perfectly. No reason huion can't build a smaller 19" android. Monitors by itself are just dumb. Too many cords and needs to be pluggedi into a wall to work.

@@Ricer-b4n You can actually plug your Samsung S23 phone into the Huion pen display and actually enable Dex mode. I think Huion's pen display should also support Samsung's external mode. Also, there's basically no way Huion is going to go for a 19" Android tablet. Samsung might do it, with the feel EMR solution from Wacom. Hello, thank you for the review on this. I am a Pro User, working at a Game Studio in the USA doing concept art using my tablet over 60 hours a week. I have used Wacom for over 15 years and have not felt that Huion or other options were possible to replace Wacom. I have tried Xencelabs last year at expo and felt that it was finally almost on par, but that the 24" was still to big for me. I just ordered the 19 Pro Kamvas, and I'm excited to finally give it a shot next to my Cintiq. One thing that caught my eye for the 19" pro is that it has a sparkle free glass, something that has always bothered me, even on Wacom. Although new Wacom 22" does finally address. I hope that this new Huion 19 pro tablet will finally give Wacom competition in this space. I will update with my thoughts soon once the tablet arrives!

Thank you for watching this video. Have a fantastic day! In fact, since the expiration of the core patents on the EMR battery-free and cordless pen in 2012, Wacom's branded products business (i.e., pen displays and pen tablets) has been captured by the Chinese brands at a very fast pace. Wacom's days are not good. It's just that Wacom has Samsung ride its coattails, so it can breathe a sigh of relief. Otherwise, why else would Wacom agree to Samsung's shareholding in 2013?
@TheHonestLaborersReview8 ай бұрын
In fact, Wacom's revenue is now largely supported by Samsung's business. If they are still selling only pen displays and tablets, Wacom is probably starving to death.
@TheHonestLaborersReview8 ай бұрын
Wacom is now in trouble: on the one hand, it is subject to competition from Chinese pen display manufacturers, and on the other hand, it has to deal with the challenge of active electrostatic pens from many other powerful consumer electronics manufacturers.

Would be glad to hear your review. I just recieved huion 19" switching from wacom Intous pro, IAF not as good as 15 years old tablet, for the rest it's my first display and it seems to be ok for my work, but didn't have a chance to experience new wacom cintiq pro line.
@TheHonestLaborersReview7 ай бұрын
@@PopArtem Neither the Huion nor the XPPen really have as low an IAF as the Wacom. the Wacom is only a fraction of a gram. The other two Chinese brands are two or three grams. The manufacturing quality of the variable capacitors in the Chinese pens is not up to the precision of Panasonic (Wacom's core component foundry). But the price-performance ratio is much, much higher than Wacom.

Thank you for this review and for providing English subtitles. I have come to believe that the ability to create a smooth teardrop shape is the ultimate test for a pen tablet and software intended for digital art. Something easy to do with a real brush but very difficult with a digital pen. Your test shows that the software may be more important than the hardware in this respect.

Have a fantastic day! “the ability to create a smooth teardrop shape is the ultimate test for a pen tablet and software intended for digital art. Something easy to do with a real brush but very difficult with a digital pen.” Yes, you get my point. Thick brushes, writing small words and drawing delicate lines are an ultimate way to test the performance of a digital pen. Thank you for watching this video!

What do you think about the new glass texture? Is it more smooth? Or more matte?
@TheHonestLaborersReview8 ай бұрын
Compare this to Huion's previous old model, where the flash point of the glass cover is basically gone. (That is, when the previous model displays the screen, we can see small red and green flashing dots in the glass crevices.) The writing sense is about the same as the Wacom, I think. As long as the etched glass is added, the writing is pretty much the same. Etched glass affects the sharpness of the image anyway, and that's the same for all of them.

You just have to believe it: this is way, way better value for money than the Wacom.

Hello and thank you for supporting this channel. The new digitizer pens PW600 and PW600S from Huion are quite a significant improvement over the previous old models. It is totally perceptible. Especially the accuracy of the cursor when the pen is tilted can be said to be superbly improved. Now the cursor accuracy is completely comparable to Wacom.
