Just found out about this Fayre and the fact that the physical one is no longer happening. Although I understand the situation of the organizers and sympathize, this is terrible news and I hope that one day it will be resurrected. Surely our government and local authorities can come up with some cultural grant to assist with support for this! It's ridiculous that something that so characterizes English heritage should be permitted to fall by the wayside.
