Damn, that was a close one. Nice job! I'm currently trying this myself.... her 2nd phase is brutal. I've been trying to parry everything. I should probably start throwing some dodges in

Thanks! yeah, I mostly perfected phase 1 after an hour or two but phase 2 is probably the scariest boss in the game. I died seconds into her p2 countless times. Definitely try dodging more until you get more comfortable. Also try equipping the iron wall amulet if you can, it lets me survive a few things that are straight one-shots
