The size chain you need is a 419 roller chain. 420 will fit, but it rubs on the housing of the motor

You have more money in epoxy than a new cylinder would cost.....

If the holes in the cylinderare 2 wore out. You can put helix coils in it i had the same problem

Hey dude I finally picked up that chain tensioner that mounts on the front sprocket cover and it ended up working great on my bike. I kinda crushed the tube where that stock tensioner mounts so I had a heck of a time trying to keep it from constantly shifting and almost getting pulled into my spokes. It does make getting to the front sprocket a bit more involved, but I haven't had the chain dump and jam so that hasn't really been an issue.

Thanks for sharing them chains are cheap when I first got my phantom experament going it broke my chain I was going to put on a master link and my son was like look and there where several links just barely together then I put on good chain then it broke my rear axle now it's reinforced so I know your pain
