@@kuro5436 they say that cross play might come eventually. I rather there isn't cross play because we know that would of most likely messed up the servers and have issues online. Now that it's working good let's each enjoy how it is and hope that soon there will be cross play but on a stable manner.

You are right about Spike Chunsoft, and their previous slop rleeases. You are right about the whack animation. I think people won't listen to you because they are way too hardcore DragonBall fans. And it's not that they think the game is gonna be bad. But because they want it to be good. And have put it locked in their head and no amount of convincing will get them out of it until they try it themselves. I have a strong feeling all your warning signs will proof to be right. I shall return in 4 days.

I feel like the lack of cross play at launch might benefit Spike Chunsoft, who made the original Budokai Tenkaichi games as well, to properly monitor and distribute the server load more properly, so that there will only be a low window of high latency. Considering that digital preorders of the deluxe and ultimate versions come with 3 days advanced access, my best bet is the critical window being within the first two days of advanced access, so the day one experience will be better when buyers of the retail and the base version can experience the games as well. As for the DP Point system - there already is a DP Point system confirmed for Sparking Zero. Didn't remember BT3 had this feature as well - has been a long time since I last played it.

If your PC has the power for it, that shouldn’t be a problem.( that can be a matter of which build of UE5 Spike Chunsoft is using, in regards to how demanding that change is on your CPU since Chaos Physics primarily runs on the CPU, maybe the same with Niagara Particles)

For my DLC Predictions, they should do a Extra Movies DLC pack where they add the henchmen in the game for variety of characters like cooler's armor squad and bojack's henchmen and Garlic Jr.'s. Then, they could add a Otherworld Tournament pack where they could add Pikkon along with the otherworld tournament fighters like Olibu and Maraikoh, and etc. along with the otherworld tournament stage. Then, they could add a GT Pack with the other villians from GT including General Rilldo, Lord Luud, Super 17, and the other shadow dragons. Also, I would end this with a Super pack where we get more tournament of power characters, the gods of destruction, and more angels,, if that is possible? Do you agree with my list?

Hmm I'm honestly not sure about adding more henchmen to the game, maybe a few?, I really do wonder if they are going to add the other gods of destruction, like I could see champa getting added, but we haven't seen a lot the others gods fight. They do have some really cool designs tho, so it would be cool to see them in the game haha.

It's nice to see a reasonable skeptic for once. Too many people are just like "Oh all these characters are clearly locked behind DLC" despite official statements saying otherwise, the game looking absolutely horrible to play despite almost everyone who played it saying it feels great to play, and complaining about the roster size being inflated despite it actually being that big (and even without the "inflating" to STILL be huge). Reasonable and realistic skepticism like yours is very refreshing and sobering.

This game already has a graphics problem with it as well as lighting and saturation it’s pretty bad the gameplay also seems to be pretty bad it’s just tenkaichi but slightly better graphics but even at that the graphics are still horrible

great to know that even bigger studios like Spike Chunsoft are struggling with UE5's lighting as well. Lumen( the ray-tracing method used in UE5) tends to over expose bright emmisive materials, which would apply to models with "toon"( aka NPR - Non-Photorealistic) shading. From more recent trailers I can tell, that they did manage to fine tune the exposure, therefore reducing the bloom. Not sure about other tweaks they did in post processing volumes though. Exposure also affects how saturated everything appears. As for performance: They are likely leveraging Chaos Physics, to handle the environmental destruction, as well as extensively use the Niagara Particle System( for example the smoke particles). Those combined with Lumen come with a certain performance hit.( hence the dev team's reasoning about split screen only being available in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. Split Screen adds another performance hit to it) That said it is easier to make a Stylized game( like for example Fortnite) look good with "realistic" shading, than with "non realistic" shading in Unreal Engine, because of the way the graphics pipeline was designed.

Imo too much of the content was outside of the story for what the outside content was. If the outside content was doing a garlic jr saga, or a filler arc, or just some actual entertaining story mission it would be cool!… instead it was find 3 fish for a hillbilly in the middle of nowhere. They cut vegeta’s FINAL FLASH ffs, probably one of his most iconic moments, because they spent dev time making 800 FISHING QUESTS instead. The story was the selling point of the game, they should flesh that out fully before deciding to do other “unnecessary” features which most players will more than likely skip.

When I found out kakarot was just going to be dbz Story again of course I didn’t buy it. It was a very questionable decision for me at this stage of where the series is at now at least xenoverse is expanding all of super🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ Kakarot went over a couple dragonball stories, end of Z , bardock and two super storylines that to me it’s not bad dlc but not enough to change my opinion on what kakarot’s product is. It’s not for me it’s more for newer fans being introduced to dbz games I can tell but here’s to hoping sparking zero will be the greatest DB ever to release

@@ImBoboZ as someone who’s played Budokai 1 , 3, Infinite world, the Tenkaichi games, burst limit , raging blast 1&2, Xenoverse 1&2 , FighterZ (practically every important game on console) hell I even played DBZ sagas which was the first attempt at an open world dragonball game kakarot just didn’t like grab my attention in the way it did for some other people

this video came out the day I bought it on pc lmao. I got to the namek saga on ps4 soon after realease, and have 100% on xenoverse on ps4 also, and most of the dlc. I bought it on pc to play all the way through because my pc is good and my old ps4 is tired. I also wanna get back into xenoverse and it would be good to relearn everything since the game is still active and has a lot of dlc. also online is free on pc. and mods for both of the games. I have most of the ps2 games but havent completed any of them.
