It has many flaws, and my biggest criticism (of being a classic A.C. fan) is being the injection of RPG elements. But I can’t deny that Origins is one of my favorite games in the franchise. The majestic world, the Pyramids and tombs, and Bayek and Aya being very memorable characters. It’s a game that has stuck with me since 2017.

So the Templars do return we have story trailer already and I know a lot of people were expecting them to come back but I was expecting a new group of villains wearing Oni mask or nine tailed fox mask but tempers were already expected nothing I can do about it

I thought it wasn't great. While it seemed promising from early gameplay I felt the wheel started to come off very quickly, especially when comparing with the witcher 3. With the change to a huge RPG format, I felt the world was empty and soulless with some of the worst sidequests I have played. The music was almost completely absent during gameplay with didn't help the atmosphere. Whilst Bayeks story was fairly interesting, it also brough in Layla as a modern day protagonist who was a very poor replacement for Desmond.

The ending was one of the most epic endings to a video game I've ever seen. Ezio and Altaïr's stories coming to an end and Ezio's final lines show how much character development he's had.
