Hi, Mike! Did you tune your Hurdy Gurdy up about +20 cents? (I literally had to figure that out by ear because when I played a G note on the piano to match the drone, your drone was +20 cents sharp) Did you intentionally tune your Gurdy up so it had a brighter, happier feel?

The clear sound of the Northumbrian pipes always bring me close to tears, such a simple but touching tune, proof that piping doesn’t always need to be technically sophisticated to sound beautiful Awesome playing, would love to hear more of you on these pipes
