As a Elvis fan for as long as there's been dirt, thanks Otis for all the wonderful songs you wrote, very well done sir.

I met him in 1998 in Switzerland as lead guitarist with Kim Lenz and the Jaguars, here in Switzerland. He opened both sets. First he played Good Rocking Tonight and then Boogie at Midnight! He was a damn good musician..... so sad that he had to die in his prime....

In the mid 90s, my dad bought a used Karmann Ghia from a local guy and the seller left if full of cassette tapes. In addition to some Smiths rarities and a Bad Religion album, the entire Gordon/Gatton Berkeley Square recording was on one of these tapes. As a teenager and a budding guitarist, I was enthralled by it. Since then, I've been looking for this exact song and found it today. Sincere thank you for posting this.

Great talent, I remember on one of the Grammy Awards shows of the 1970’s, Stevie Wonder received a Grammy Award and during his acceptance speech gave his award to Otis Blackwell! Check out Mary Lou by The Creative Force, amazing!

Elvis was always gonna be famous regardless of who wrote his songs. All you have to do is look back at the 1000s of songs that Elvis didn't record and think how great they could have been.
