nah he just only plays Genji and has years of practice on him. he's just super good with his dashes, game knowledge/sense, n mechanics which can lead to these sort of plays. He also has custom game modes he plays that u can practice this sort of dashing in. takes a lot of effort n practice to be able to do it this quickly though without hesitating or missing.
