Thank you for writing. It is a very rare motorcycle here.

Man Dad bought a brand new StarCraft camper 1971. The camper dealer had a couple left for sale, he paid $80.00. It was super fast compared to other brand mini bikes. He sold with the camper 1978. I wish he would’ve kept it. I would love to own one, too expensive though.

We sold ours too. Fun bike and took up so little space. Sigh. I guess we cannot keep them all.

We did not get any information with ours. And we sold it to someone in Germany who wants to restore it. Try googling Wasserskischleppgerät.

Italjets bread and butter was the production of 50-80cc motorcycles as was a host of other European manufacturers. Look at the mid 70's to early 80's European brands of MX, Enduro and road racing machines. They were so far advanced in engine, chassis and race proven engineering compared to the Japanese stolen technology!

Beautiful restoration of an amazing machine. What a brilliant design and manufacture for any time, let alone the 30's Shame they didn't survive, like the other Bavarian.

I always loved that model. And it's as old as I am. But I have all my original parts (for now).

Never try to engage the gear at such high idle revs. Use the kill switch to bring down the RPMs temporarily. Takes a while to learn the trick, but it pays off. Greets from Sweden, used to race the autos for close to a decade.

Ist das Kunstraub ? Beute Schätze ? Ihr sollt da alle nur Harley fahren, so etwas sollte niemals über den Atlantik kommen. Es muss sich um Raubkulturschätze handeln, anders nicht erklärbar :-)
