Hey brother! Back three years later to say I finally got it! I finally found this saber on Ebay after all these years of searching. I searched everywhere and avoided some scammers on Facebook and Reddit that were showing me photos of other people's sold saber as their own. I'm just happy to say I finally have one on the way to me right now!

@@GrayPaladin So actually I need your help. This one has no blade in it. It only has the LED and a blade plug. What should I do? What would you do? The only thing I do know is that it needs a 1" blade. Or lets put it this way; can you tell me some cheap options and some not so cheap options?

@synapticflow The blade depends on the electronics. What kid of core does it have, baselit or neopixel?

@@GrayPaladin The auction did not say, so I will assume baselit. He does mention it only has 3 soundfonts, so they suggest the cheapest electronics.

@synapticflow Then you will need a standard 1" polycarbonate blade. You can order through darkwolf sabers, but my favorite blades are from Sabertrio.

What do you call a thin blade neo pixel? I’ve noticed some blades are thinner and they look really cool .

@@nickybjammin7629 They are 7/8" diameter blades. I have a couple. They are nice, lighter and look good. The hilt needs to be designed for 7/8" or use some kind of adapter. A standard blade has a 1" diameter.

great balde depth.i would have like the copper to have been more of a chrome finish, it currently looks platstic or have the chrome have a more brushed finish. the usb cover is a nice touch. are the grip are low profile, which I think is better than the ltg version....

@@PaulTackett I very prefer the low profile grips. Looks and feels much better. The "electrum" is a brushed finish. I do like the polished chrome, but the brushed copper against the polish makes the copper look more dull than it is.

It's just amazing how many top end features are coming packed into the non-CFX/Proffie type sabers these days. It's never been a better time to get into the hobby. The Pach Store has really made a beauty with this addition to their Flyte line. Thank you for the review!

Quote helpful video. As a Xeno3 owner, it's interesting that yours makes beeping sounds when holding down the button, while mine only blinks the light on the button. I guess every company selling the product, customizes some of the features very slightly.

@@Akit317 Thank you. The beep is a setting you can change, but it can't be done in the onboard menu. You have to change it on the SD card or possibly Bluetooth app. I haven't tried it through Bluetooth.

@@wDeathw That's an issue I haven't heard before. Definitely contact Saberforge to resolve. It's possible one of the wires/ solder joints came loose or melted in the LED module and it's no longer running the full RGB spectrum.

The incendius is such an amazing hilt it’s one of my favourite lightsabers to spin and just an absolute staple in my collection I absolutely love it 💚💛🇦🇺🔥🦘and you should definitely check out the fallen ember and consular by AusSabers and Vire sabers as they have some huge design ques from the incendius

Dooku's saber is very elegant, but utterly impractical. 10:55 is the obvious flaw with this design. I'm surprised nobody ever mentions it. Due to the curve, the angle of the blade is not perpendicular to your palm. You can hold it at the neck of the emitter for better control, but this renders 3/4 of the hilt useless.

@@ArnoldTohtFan Have you used one before? It's not impossible, but to each their own. I agree it's not ideal, but can be used. Remember, curved hilts are not a Star Wars thing. Curved hilts were used in history. That being said they are clearly not preferred to a standard straight hilt.

@@GrayPaladin I don't own one, but I have held one. I tried twirling it around, but it felt very unnatural. The rapier is a cut-and-thrust sword designed for single-handed fighting, so a short hilt with finger-grooves would be ideal. I would say a curved _blade_ is what you really want, though. The scimitar and the katana are ideal for slashing.

@@GrayPaladin I know, but I assume it’s usually for a fully built light and sound saber. I just can’t to order the hilt by itself either no electronics. I’ve heard bad things about their customer service with no communication and awful wait times of up to two to three months or more for your sable to arrive.

@@kle2217 It depends on the saber. Some take more time than others, plus where your order sits in the queue. Empties generally ship within a week if they have the stock. ASP parts, though empty, may take a lot longer.

@@iwinl0l What makes you say that? The flyte sabers usually all have the same in basic configuration package. They only preload 1 or 2 songs which only play with a specific font. You have to load music files for each font in order to play them.

Wow, outstanding Krennic costume!! A shame that shop that made the tunic and cape went out of business, they look very high quality! I think the lining in the cape, even though not movie accurate, is a good thing as it gives weight to it and keeps it from excessive billowing when walking. I didn't know Krennic had grenades on his left side on the belt, thank you for showing that! I'll be making a Krennic costume soon, so thank you so much for all the inspiration with the one you put together! Also a fan of large capes as well and definitely agree that Krennic's cape is awesome and really makes the character stand out and unique with it!

@@tedfisher1913 I agree with the cape lining. Since this video, for the last Con I went to I removed the liner. It's much lighter and less warm. I made a mistake and that those aren't actually grenades. They are additional energy cells for his blaster. They are bulky so I cosplay without them. If I ever do a photoshoot I'll wear them, but not comfortable for walking around. There's a lot of good Krennic options to fit your preferred budget. The more screen accurate you go or 501st approval will cost more.

I highly value your comment on emitter depth, it is very important to me in choosing hilts for heavy dueling - they need to hold the blade pretty deep.
