Wouldn't it stabilize if you took the thin screw box and put it on top of the boxes stacked side by side, then put the vac on top of that? It just seems like it would lock the system together better.
@kustomkabinetry2 сағат бұрын
Technically yes, but it works better to take the boxes off in the specific order that we have them. Stability isn’t really an issue either.

I've just ordered this stand, haven't received it yet.....but, I'm assuming that those brackets are removable so that you can mount them directly to the main stand extrusion--as opposed to the extendable arms--in order to make shorter, repeatable cuts with the flip-up stop. The choice to permanently attach the supports/stops to the extendable arms would prevent this from being an option. Personally, I'd rather have sturdier supports.

@kustomkabinetry25 күн бұрын
There is heat. Who told you we don’t have heat? Of course I know the “names” of the machines but you and quite a few other people have a misperception. Quality of work is completely unrelated to technical names or brands of equipment. If you would see our work you wouldn’t be so condescending. Also why are you putting shame on the fact that my Dad bought the machines. What about it? His sons are learning a trade so they can take on the family business. Family business is the backbone of America. If you don’t like the value we create then by all means dislike the video and don’t watch another one.

I agree that the suction is not quite as strong as corded shop vacs, but I like the convenience of cordless for portability. My only real complaint is that the hose wants to shrink to its shortest length. You can stretch it out, but it is constantly pulling back, strongly. Milwaukee needs to make the hose such that it is not constantly pulling back strongly to its most compact length.

The multi sized 3 drawer is the best of both worlds. The m12 2" bandsaw will just fit in the 2 drawer,it is the largest to do so. Currently, i have 12v Bosch planer,laser,5"sander ,and bandsaw in the 2 drawer. Mult-3 holds hand tools,m12 sds,omt and wall vacuum attachment. Drill/drivers and all bits are in the regular toolbox. 2nd 2 drawer holds 18g stapler,kreg jig,jigsaw,and angle grinder with flap disc sander. Cabinet holds tracksaw and belt sander. All tools are 12v except for tracksaw,belt sander and angle grinder. M12 drill is barely enough for using holesaws,and will switch from m18 stapler to the new m12 16g nailer. All 4 ride on the handtruck with guide rails,levels and squares. Tru-position is in a 1/2 depth organizer with hardware screws. M12 pinner with collin's clamps and 23g pins in its own box. Organization will always change based on new tools and new storage options. Drawers are so much better then unstacking ...like it was before drawers.

I actually stopped watching shortly after he called it a chop saw, LOL! I figured if he doesn't know that a chop saw is to cut metal and a miter saw is to cut wood, he opinion on the saw probably doesn't matter. Now could a saw do both, sure, but Milwaukee states this saw is for cutting wood, therefore it is a miter saw. So you a dead on, not a chop saw.
@kustomkabinetry3 ай бұрын
What you call a saw really doesn’t matter. What matters is whether you know how to use it.
@brendamzambrano9776Ай бұрын
@@shawnvanhorn3754technically it could be called a chop saw as the word chop can mean to cut and the word saw is a tool with a blade. Assuming someone’s opinion doesn’t matter because they don’t speak the same language as you makes you a person who disregards the value of diverse perspectives and limits their own understanding.
