Hello Mam, Mam I tried the very same recipe with all butter, the cake was rising perfectly also but later just before the baking time was about to end it sank in the center what could be the reason? Is it becasuse of too much of butter ? (Butter + Milk) more fat content ? What can I do to avoid this ?

Hello mam, i made this cake today..cake tested very nice, was exact as shown, but the some of the biscuit base was falling apart...i used digestive biscuit...please suggest the solution for this..

Mam, do we have to use warm tea infused milk or normal as generally we use normal temperature liquids, and should we line the mould with paper bcaz of biscuits base as u haven't lined...please clear the doubts
