I don’t have words to describe how much I like this music. I’m that type of guy that pays more attention for the instruments/melody rather than the lyrics etc. As a violin player (and a piano enthusiast), I really enjoyed the way these instruments played alongside the singers, and what a marvelous voice of Pearl’s actress and the other one is perfect as well, just like a child/teenager, not too much confident and mature but not childish. Cartoon Network’s soundtracks are always impeccable. The chorus “you’re prepared to die” with the strong notes of the piano are my favorite parts of the song. Anyway, congratulations for this performance, y’all honored this tv show. I wish I could watch it live…

every time ive tried to learn a song written by rebecca on the piano, it is such a shock to see the way the piano part is written in contrast to the vocals. they do NOT correlate and in most music that just doesnt work, but in rebecca's music the vocals and instrumentals team up in the best of ways. sometimes they'll go back in forth as if they're both vocals, other times the vocals arent even on the same note as the instrumentals. i second everything you said in this comment. we are both 3 years late, yet still enjoying such well made music, i love this.
