They went from 850k to 780k. Still an absurd amount for a 2100sqft 1.6 acre house from the 20s. This is why locals can't afford to live here anymore.

Most likely due to the low ceilings, we found the home felt very cozy inside. But older homes like this one are not everyone's cup of tea!

Some of these lake houses were just camps if the same house wasn't on a lake they would be hard to sell. I've known some of them each owner adds on over the years
