Hey Nice Video , very well detailed explanation.. But we are facing issue in our environment .. The HA is showing successful on Active FW..... But we loose connectivity to Passive and when we Shut Down Active .... The Public Ip is not floating/swapping to Passive...

Thanks for your comment on it. Issue would be with the IAM role policies or Firewall management ip doesn't have internet access.

Can you block traffic using the zones tied to the subinterface of the firewall? The documentation states that the subinterface is not used for traffic forwarding. This means that the actual interface, e1/1 is used for traffic forwarding. If that is the case, then what is the use case for mapping gwlb endpoints to a subinterface and mapping the subinterface to a zone?

Hi @davidibrahim7809. In this video we have demonstrated only for out bound traffic , but in real-time usually creates multiple endpoints for example: 1-endpoint for East-west traffic and outbound , 1-endpoint for Ingress traffic ( kzbin.info/www/bejne/n5fRmIqwiqerfLM )

If you haven't configured the return traffic correctly, how does ping working and why the issue is specific to browser ?

Hi Vamshikrishna , This is because of Asymmetric routing. In Asymmetric routing case by default Paloalto firewall drops packets for reliable sessions .
