If I get accepted at a college and they let me have my ownroom( because I'm 47) and I don't drive, so I hope I can live in a dorm even if I'm older, , would teal and white or black be a bad theme?

If you are coming to Chicago and you want to spray paint anything, bring your own spray paint. Spray paint is not sold in Chicago. Suburbs yes but not Chicago. Tag artist had the city spending too much on graffiti removal.
