i know he got famous and inspired a lot of young folks, but i wish he stayed natural, he looks great and he's still very fucking young, he could get an amazing physique without the need to inject juice in his vains and ruin his life, people who do this either experiment long lasting bad side effects or just straight up die young. May God bless him and may he drop the juice and just continue as a natural bodybuilder, his genetics are insane and his training is spectacular, but i dont think fame and views and clicks are worth your fucking life. i'm 23 and i'm looking to imrpove myself and i'm training both calistenichs and weights, it will long before i see true gains, but i'd rather trust the process than just poison myself just to get big

I think it’s just insane that people think you can be 14 and 15 years old and look at someone like Sam or Phil for that matter, and not immediately realize they’re on steroids. People act like you’re just completely oblivious to the world when you’re a teenager. By 7-8 we knew what drugs were. And I’d bet it’s even younger for these generations that have grown up online.
