@chrisflowers-smoker154 I agree, I've ordered batteries from AliExpress too and didn't have any issues. I'm not sure why Ayn won't ship them rather waste more money and time telling people to send the device back.

@danmendes6748 no it doesn't fit as the Odin 1 is thinner in design. The Odin 1 does work great with the DNA Duo though, I hope Ayn fixes the small issue with the 2 soon and doesn't drop support for it like they did with the 1. I also am realizing this, people also don't read they just see what they want to see and provide hate to make themselves feel better. I try to mention I'm in Canada a lot but nobody pays much attention lol.

Have you tried multiple games? Did you dump your games properly? Emulation is weird with some games so it could be that too.

@@zake64 I grew up with the DS partially just not the other DS family consoles until the 3DS came out lol. I was phasing out of the DS in high-school and played Xbox 360 a lot or went outside haah.

You don't as you'd need a hacked 3DS for this.

This was a full teardown minus removing the screen via a heat gun, I even took out the battery maybe you haven't watched far enough yet as I pull out both pcb boards on each side of the device there's also nothing under the motherboard so not sure what else you're looking for?

@@DNAMobileGaming So the main board with the SoC isn't removable? I was looking for a clean shell, minus the screen removal. For painting the inside of one of the transparent shells.

Thank you, almost 200 people now will be able to enjoy this as much as I have soon! I can't wait to see this being used by many gamers that enjoy emulation for DS/3DS/WiiU because the main thing that held those consoles back in emulation was the lack of a second screen!

Check the 2024 R4 Card playlist for your specific card, if you're getting a DS Menu error this means you have the Smart Update R4 Card. If it loads deep Labrynth there's a guide for you on that playlist.

Emulation Station is just a front end they're not comparable as Batocera is it's own standalone Linux based OS.

Download zip, extract zip, copy all folders files from the zip to an empty sd card, place nds games in the nds folder. It's not that hard to setup, and if you can't see the game there must be something wrong with the games you dumped.

You should use the cheat to bypass the check yes, but mine isn't patched just dumped via a hacked DSi.

I really don't understand what your issue is at this point because you edited it multiple times lol. If you're using a controller and not the Odin 2, then watch my guide about how to set this up with a controller and your phone. It's really not that hard to do and the game runs amazing even with the pointer.

Not sure, perhaps determine what your R4 card loads game wise. If you put an SD card in it and put it in your DS for example, a game will appear. Could be SpongeBob, Deep Labrynth, etc. Once you've determined this you'll be able to find the original files.

DS/3DS/WiiU are the top 3 this is great for, I love having this for all 3 emulators but also enjoy just playing my games on the DNA Duo only. Reason being is because the ergonomics of holding your handheld while sitting back and the screen being above rather than below really works perfectly.

Of course, you can do anything on the Odin 2 that you can do on a PC as it's just an Android device.

You will enjoy using the DNA Duo as much as I have this year, I cannot wait to see others using it too because it truly makes any dual screen emulator perfect!

Show me where you can find a 7 inch OLED panel, a custom usb c video driver board, an injection mold company, a usb c cable that provides video for $10 PLEASE. I'd love to find your resources because man that's cheap. Injection molding just for the screen enclosure alone is expensive also not sure where you read that this will be 3D printed as the website clearly states this is for prototype phase until it is injected molded, and I mention this in the video. Again please share where you can buy all of this for $10 and maybe I'll hire you to source out the multiple suppliers for me next time.

If you want to play Dual Screen Emulation whether it's WiiU/3DS/DS you have to use Desktop mode currently because Valve hasn't implemented screen extending through their software yet. I personally don't have an issue with this either, it takes 2 seconds to switch over and performance wise I never noticed any differences in the 3 emulators.
